Sound United Sold to Masimo Corporation
Sound United, a US based conglomerate that owns audio companies such as Marantz, Bowers & Wilkins, Denon, Polk Audio, and Boston Acoustics, has been purchased by Masimo Corporation for $1.4 billion. Masimo is a global medical technology company that manufactures non-invasive medical monitors, devices and sensors.
